MGMT 560.91 Final Paper Requirements

 End of Course Paper: Each student will write a paper that expands upon specific course content. Students are encouraged to select a course topic that is applicable to leadership challenges or opportunities found in their workplace. The paper will be double-spaced and at least ten pages. References will be documented in footnotes and a reference page in accordance with American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines.

 The final paper will include an assessment and application of one of the topics that we learned in the course. Students are encouraged to use one of the following concepts:
o Fundamentals of leadership, including leadership styles and traits
o Strategic thinking
o Emotional intelligence
o Communication and leadership
o Organizational culture and climate
o High performing teams
o Managing change
o Problem management and decision making
o Consensus building and negotiation
o Ethics and professional codes of conduct
o Managing conflict
o Strategic planning
o Power and Politics

Grading
