I am in a tough situation and I hope you could help me out. I am a student at SJSU, majoring in Environmental Studies, and in one of my classes I was given an assignment to observe in a business that advertises as a “green” business.

I saw in your advertisement in the Web that you are a green dry cleaning business. That’s awesome! Can I come and observe your operation on May 16th? I would only stay for one hour because I have to drive all the way from Santa Cruz to your facility in Milpitas and back, and I have a 3:00 pm class at San Jose State so as you can see I am in a hurry and so I will not stay long. My assignment is to assess the environmental impact of your operation, and the professor wants a written report that will also be presented to a panel of experts in the field.
