cultural forecast are more people moving to the city now

I have to do a short term forecast 3-5 years. Are more people moving to city now? Why?

A. easier to be more sustainable in the city,

B. People want to be able to walk to places or just use uber/lyft

C. Mobility is important

D. Small towns creating more of a city feel, with how they construct ex: like some revitalized downtown areas, plenty of eateries, local shopping.
