That was an extremely interesting read. I did not realize that women are still getting paid so much less than men while performing the same job. I think that it is smart that women are starting up their own company. It can take a lot of hard work and dedication to start up your own business. One of my cousins actually started up a dog groomers business about six months ago. I would say she is doing pretty well, because she just got her building made behind her home. Before, she was just having her clients come into her home. It will be nice to get her building up and running. Since this is her own company, she will make sure she gets paid what she deserves
