I think it’s very important to have safety training because I will never forget when I was working on this job and the technician had some very dangerous equipment to work with and one day one of the new guy’s was working on the machine and tried to do what he seen the guy’s do and two of his fingers was cut off, but it was his fault because he did not turn the machine off. The person that trained him told him that he had to turn off the machines, but he did not and he lost two fingers because he did not do what he was trained to do. I feel that when you are being trained it’s very important to pay close attention to what is being taught because when working with any equipment it can be very dangerous and can even cost you your life.
