For deliverable 2 of your project, you will do more research on your chosen organization and provide a description and analysis of the organization, including its business, internal and external environments, etc. In other words, provide enough information on the selected organization so that a reader can understand something about its operations, organizational design, culture, etc.

Feel free to use section headings as appropriate to improve readability. Content should be in full sentences and paragraphs, though, unless you have a strong reason for using bullets. Spelling, grammar and readability are definite considerations for a good grade, so please pay attention to these aspects of your report as well as the content itself.

c.Description and analysis of the Internal Environment – e.g., analysis on the management philosophy, organizational structure, business processes and culture framework.
