Identify alternative courses of action that might reasonably address the major issues you identified in ‘B’.
  4. Recommendations:This section should be brief,but positive.You must provide an answer to each of the problems or questions identified in Section B. Using OB concepts and theories discussed in the textbook and in class, provide a recommendation for choosing one of the alternative courses of action. Why is this a logical, expedient, or otherwise appropriate choice? A helpful way to think about this to: Imagine as if you were a consultant to a company with these issues, what OB interventions would you make to improve the situation described in the case?
